At Chawla Jewellers 1954, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms for exchanges and refunds.
We offer a 7-day exchange window from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:
The product must be unused and unworn
The item must be returned in its original packaging
A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required
Once the returned product is inspected and approved, you may exchange it for another item of equal or higher value.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
Customized or personalized jewellery
Resized or altered products
We currently do not offer refunds on any purchases.
All eligible returns are processed strictly under our exchange policy only.
Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery/purchase
Items failing quality checks will not be accepted for exchange
The brand reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after inspection
